Why did you implement PageCall?
Our primary service is brand marketing and recruitment. We provide company information and help find the best fit to job applicants. In the planning of a new service called ‘recruitment all-in-one,’ I was looking for ways to minimize service costs, and I found that PageCall would be perfect for that purpose.
What is the business impact of PageCall?
PageCall saves both recruiters’ and interviewees’ resource dramatically. When it comes to an offline interview, it requires a few chores, such as finding a meeting place, booking meeting room, and proper hospitality. Interviewees suit up and spend transportation fee and commuting time. However, PageCall ultimately gets rid of all those unnecessary inconveniences through offering a perfect online interview environment. Therefore, compared to the other recruiters, we can operate more interviews within a minimum cost. Moreover, we get to point the necessary information out in the resume visually and discuss the points with interviewees. It helps us communicate upon presented facts, making the process becomes more reasonable for both parties.
